On the newest season of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” we see Lauren Manzo, daughter of Housewife Caroline Manzo, begin her career as a makeup artist!
We all watched Lauren graduate from Make-Up Designory (MUD for short!) in New York when the show aired last June. Now we get to see her show us what she’s got! Most recently, we saw her work the Porsche Fashion Show in NJ. Lauren’s makeup style is classic and fresh. I cannot stress how refreshing it is NOT seeing super bronze, smokey eye, uber-winged eyeliner, and frosted lips. Hopefully Bravo’s cameras caught some more Lauren makeup artist adventures … I can’t what wait to see what else she has in store for us!
One of the best reasons for attending cosmetology school (along with certification, of course!) is post-graduate help in finding work. Most schools, like MUD, offer placement programs where they can set you up with key people in the industry that can give you that competitive edge. Good luck, Lauren!
