Amp up the sex appeal this Valentine’s day with the perfect red pout. Many people are afraid to venture out into the boldness of red lipstick. Here are my top three choices according to skin tone for your best shade of red lipstick. And remember… go for a shade that is matte! Not only is it classic, but it is a lot less messy and if you want a high-gloss shine, just add your favorite lip gloss and don’t forget to blot!
Fair Skin:
